Real figures from our database, updated every night.
A fresh list of real prospects, ready to work.
New companies need almost everything – an accountant, insurance, staff, a website, phones, premises, finance. The trick is reaching them first. Company Data Pro does the digging so your team can do the talking.
Every new company, overnight
Each night we import every company registered at Companies House the day before, with its registered office, directors and what it does.
Contact details found for you
We search the web for each company's website, email and phone number, and keep looking again over the following months as new businesses get online.
Your patch, to the street
Filter by postcode area, district or sector – SO, PO6, EC1A or PO6 3 – or by town. Your team only sees the leads they can actually visit or serve.
The trades you want
Every company comes with its nature of business (SIC) code. Pick "construction", "restaurants" or "IT consultancy" and see just those.
Directors, named
See who runs each company, with a one-click LinkedIn search for every director to help you find the decision maker.
A lead list your team shares
Claim a lead so nobody doubles up, add notes and follow-up dates, tag and track each one – then send the good ones to your CRM.
From "new company" to "in the CRM" in one place.
- Best leads first – scored by how much we found and how new they are
- Follow-ups due today, on the first screen everyone sees
- Send a lead to Capsule CRM in one click, directors and notes included
- Download the leads you're working as a spreadsheet for any other CRM (if it can import one)
- Works in any browser – nothing to install
Anyone who sells to new businesses.

Good to know
Will every company have an email and phone number?
No – and we'd rather be straight about it. Many companies are only a few days old and have no website yet. On a typical new day we find a website for roughly one in eight and an email or phone for fewer. As companies get going those numbers climb, which is why we keep re-checking them for months afterwards. Every company still comes with its registered address and directors. Use the postcode check above to see the real figures for your area.
Where does the data come from?
Company details come from Companies House, the UK's official register, under the Open Government Licence. Websites, emails and phone numbers are ones the business has published publicly online.
Is it OK to contact these businesses?
The data is business contact information, and calling or emailing limited companies about relevant services is generally allowed under UK rules (UK GDPR and PECR) – but you're responsible for how you use it: be relevant, say who you are, and honour anyone who asks not to be contacted. Check with your own adviser if you're unsure.
Is there a free trial?
No – but monthly plans have no contract, so you can try it for a month and cancel if it's not for you. Use the postcode check to see what's in your area before you buy.
What's the difference between Area and Nationwide?
Area covers one postcode area – shown by name, like Portsmouth area (PO) or Medway area (ME) – which you choose when you sign up. Everyone on your team sees that area. The area can't be swapped later; if you need more coverage, move up to Nationwide, which covers every new company in the UK. Email us and we'll switch you over.
Why is a company in my area when it trades somewhere else (or the other way round)?
We place companies by their registered office – the official address on Companies House. That's often the business's own premises, but it can be an accountant's, a formation agent's or a virtual office, so a company may trade somewhere other than where it's registered.
How does billing work?
You pay by card, monthly or yearly (two months free). Area is £9.99 a month or £99.90 a year, including one user; each extra user is £5.99 a month or £59.90 a year. Nationwide is £19.99 a month or £199.90 a year; each extra user is £15.99 a month or £159.90 a year. All prices plus VAT. Add someone on the Team page and they're added to your bill for the rest of the period. You'll get a VAT invoice each time and can update your card from Settings. If a payment fails we'll email you and try again a week later – you won't lose access in the meantime.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans run for the full 12 months and aren't refundable; cancelling stops the next renewal. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the account is locked, but your notes and lead history are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Capsule, with one-click sending. For other CRMs, download the leads you're working as a spreadsheet and import it, if your CRM can import spreadsheets. Spreadsheets include leads you've marked Interested, Meeting booked or Sent to CRM. Tell us which CRM you use when you sign up – it helps us decide which to connect next.
